Your Printed Photo

  • All photos are printed on non-glossy cardstock
  • The photo size will be 2.9 x 4.06 inches (w x h)
  • We recommend uploading all photos in JPEG format
  • A minimum resolution of 580 x 812 pixels is strongly recommended
  • Photos can be enlarged, cropped and/or rotated in the Personalize My Card section >click here to see how
  • Color images can be converted into sepia or black and white tones during the personalization process at no additional charge >click here for a short tutorial
Sending us your Photo


Photo Quality

The overall appearance of your final product will depend on the quality of your digital photo. To avoid compromising the clarity of your image, please do not resize your photo before you upload it. If you have any special requests regarding the cropping and/or resizing of your photo, please note them in the Special Instructions box on the Preview page. Also, please note that our designers might need to crop your photo in order to make it fit properly, but we'll always make every effort to contact you if we encounter any kind of photo issues.


Sending us Your Photo

You can wait to submit a photo if you do not have the perfect snapshot ready today. Just complete your card without the photo, and then proceed to the checkout page. Once you are ready to submit your image, visit the My Accounts page to access your card. Follow the instructions listed on the Personalize page to start the photo submission process.


Photo Format

Although our personalization engine supports most photo formats, we highly recommend uploading your photos as JPEGs. If you encounter any problems while uploading a non-JPEG photo, please contact our customer service department at 877-300-9256.
