With an easy ability to edit text, fonts, font colors, upload photos, edit photos and much, much more, you can shop with confidence that what you design will be the best possible representation of the printed stationery you will receive. A: To create a personalized greeting card, follow the directions below:

For Corporate Holiday Cards:

1. On the Enter Info page, please enter your company and/or company employees name using the template provided. We will use your information to create an online preview with suggested text on the next page (Personalize page)

Q: How can I get step by step instructions on how to order a greeting card?
A: To order a personalized greeting card, follow the directions below:

1. Select a design on the category page

2. Click on the "personalize" button on the product page of the selected card design

3. Enter your information using the template provided on the Enter Info page OR click "next" and skip this step and enter your own wording on the next page

4. On the Personalize page, you can click on the text area(s) to add or edit your text

7. You can click on "save" to save your project to your account. You must register for an account to save your card design. Saved card projects are accessible via My Account

Q: Do you support Apple's Safari web browser?
A: We currently have personalization engine compatibility for Apple's Safari web browser users in version 3.0 and above. However, we recommend using Firefox on your Mac (download by clicking here) to personalize your product.

Q: Can I use my company logo on a card?
A: Yes, you can submit a company logo for a select number of card designs. The process to submit your company logo is as follows:

  1. Personalize your card with your text and/or photos. Enter the Special Instructions box that you will be submitting a company logo and where you would like to position the logo on the card
  2. Place your order and get your order confirmation number
  3. Email logos@tinyprints.com your company logo in either EPS or AI file format. Include your order number, email address and first/last name
  4. We will send you a free digital proof once the card is ready for approval
Please note that submitting a company logo will increase your processing time from 1-2 business days (assumes prompt submission of logo in correct format)

Q: Can I print on the back of the card?
A: No, we cannot print or change the logo on the back of the card.

Q: How do I submit my photo for a photo card?
A: Our cutting edge personalization tools allow the user to upload the photo through the personalization process and play with the color tones and cropping of the image on our site. Also, the user can preview the photo in the card during the personalization process. Alternatively, you can place your order and submit your digital photo via the Photo Upload form (http://www.tinyprints.com/photo-upload-form.php) or by emailing us at photos@tinyprints.com with your order number, email address and first/last name. If you have any questions about your photo or how to send us your digital photo, feel free to contact our customer service representatives, who are all trained to work with customers in regards to photos. Q: Can I send you the photos that I want to use with my card via mail?
A: No, unfortunately we do not accept physical photos - only the digital version.

Q: What if I do not have my photos ready? Can I still complete my order and submit my photos later?
A: If you do not have your photos ready, you may complete your order and instruct the designer in the Special Instructions box on the Preview page that you will be submitting your photos later.

To submit your photos later, visit our photo upload form and follow the instructions provided. Please upload your photo in JPEG file format with a minimum resolution of 1530 x 1320 pixels (w x h). If you only have a TIF file, it must be emailed with your order number to photos@tinyprints.com.

Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request when submitting your photo.

If you choose to submit your photo later, please do not resize your photo before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If you do have any special requests regarding cropping, be sure to provide this information for our designer to follow in the Photo Instructions box on our Photo Upload page. Our designer may also need to crop your photo to make it fit properly.

Q: What are my customization options and how much do they cost?
A: You can change the font size, color and typeface during the personalization process. If the font or color that you prefer is not available through the personalization process, you can request a customization change for a fee of $15 per color and font style. Please contact our customer representative to confirm the color in a CMYK value or the font style you see on another card on our website. For more information on customization changes that you can request, please refer to our Terms and Services.

Q: Can I choose a different color for a card?
A: You may not alter the product color for a corporate card at this time.

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer custom design services at this time.

Q: Can I change a design I like to a different format than what it is currently offered in?
A: No, we cannot alter the card to a different size and/or format that is not already provided.

Q: Can you put an image on the inside or back of a greeting card?
A: One of our newest features is providing users with the ability to put a photo on the inside of a folded greeting card. Just select a layout with a photo and drag and drop your selected photo(s) into the photo area(s). At this time, we do not allow printing on the back of a greeting card.

Q: Can I have a personal message printed inside? How?
A: Yes, during the card ordering process, on the Personalize page, you can create your own greeting and personal message and select a font, size, and color for your message. You can preview the message and experiment with fonts and colors.

For folded cards, you can personalize your message on the inside left (or inside top) of a greeting card and should not be confused with the Greeting that appears on the inside right (or inside bottom) of your card.

Q: What type of pen can I use to write inside my folded card?
A: If you would like to write inside your folded cards, we recommend using a ballpoint stick pen or a Sharpie. Please be careful when using a gel pen, rollerball pen, felt-tip pen, or any other liquid-ink based pens as there is a tendency for the ink to smudge if it is not completely dry.

Q: How can I start a new card?
A: To start a new card, you can go back to the category page by clicking the "change design" link on the Personalize page and select a new design to personalize. If it is within the same session that you started personalizing your first card, any photos that you have uploaded and/or text edits that you have made will be carried forward to the new design.

To save a copy of your first design, click the "save" button on the personalize page and you can access the project from "My Account" while safely starting a new card.

Q: Which envelopes can I order with my card?
A: All our card orders include standard white envelopes free of charge. For certain card designs, we offer colored envelopes for an additional price of $0.10 per unit. The colored envelope choices that we offer are metallic silver, chocolate brown, vellum red, and metallic navy blue. We do not support return address printing on colored envelopes at this point.

Q: What return address printing options exist?
A: Return address printing is available at an additional cost of $0.50 per envelope.Return address is printed in blank ink. Currently we do not support return address printing on colored envelopes.

Q: Do different cards require different postage?
A: Standard 5"x7" and 4.25"x5.5" cards require regular first class postage of $0.41.Square cards require an extra postage of $0.17 versus standard letter so a total of $0.58 to send each square card.

Q: Is there a minimum amount of cards that I have to purchase?
A: The minimum quantity that you can purchase is 25 cards

Q: What's the largest order size you can handle?
A: You may order up to 500 cards on our site currently. To place an order above 500 cards, please call our customer service team at 1-877-300-9256 and someone would be glad to assist you in your order.

Q: How much do corporate greeting cards cost?
A: Our cards are priced competitively and we offer volume discounts. Prices range from $0.75 to $2.74 based on the type of card you order, the size, the number of photos and quantity ordered.

Q: Do you offer a digital proof?
A: Yes, we offer digital proofs on all corporate card orders for free

Q: Do you offer a printed proof?
A: We offer one free printed proof for orders above 500. Please request your proof using the Special Instructions box or by emailing orders@tinyprints.com with your request and order confirmation number. Please note that requesting a printed proof will increasing your processing time and extend your delivery time beyond the date quoted on the site.

Q: How much does it cost to get a proof?
A: We offer free digital proofs for all corporate card orders and one free printed proof for orders above 500 upon request.

Q: How long does it take to receive my cards after I order them?
A: Processing time for non-rush orders is 6-7 business days (accounting for proof approval) and rush orders is 4-5 business days (accounting for proof approval). If you submit a company logo for your order, this will increase your processing time by 1-2 business days.

Q: What are my shipping options?
A: Tiny Prints offers three options for delivery within the US: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air. For Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only. We also welcome international orders and ship to international addresses. However, please note that we do not offer sample orders or pre-shipped envelopes for shipping to addresses outside the U.S. All of our shipping rates are extremely competitive and reflect the carrier's charges to us.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: For delivery within the US, shipping is $7 for Ground, $12 for 3-Day, $18 for 2-Day, and $30 for Next Day Air for orders less than 500. For orders more than 500 cards, shipping price is adjusted to account for the increase cost.
