- Gift certificates must be redeemed through http://www.tinyprints.com toward the purchase of eligible products. Please call 877.300.9256 for more information.
- Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, gift cards or photo books.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except to the extent required by law.
- Gift certificate, once entered, will be automatically applied to user's gift certificate account balance.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
- Gift certificates and their use are subject to Tiny Prints general Terms & Conditions. Tiny Prints reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.
- Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
- Tiny Prints and its affiliates are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
- The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. - Tiny Prints will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on the Tinyprints.com sweb site.
- Tiny Prints may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
- All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
